For each of the processes (apart from new client enquiries) for the tasks that we need you to do (most commonly uploading documents and confirming yes/no if something applies to you), you will receive an electronic checklist to make it simple for you to provide the information we need and when to do it. This is the same tool we use to keep track of your work and deadlines.
