How do I come onboard?

At the end of the call you will receive and e-proposal which you can download and review. It will define the scope of services and their costs. When you sign, it kick-starts our onboarding workflow, and the next working day you'll receive an electronic checklist of tasks to complete.

Is the price on the calculator the price I will get?

Typically yes. 90% of our clients receive the pricing in the calculator. For some sellers with non-standard requirements that impact complexity and time, we adjust the price e.g. a subscription business get a slight discount, whereas if you have financial leases (which are accounted for separately) we would charge slightly more.

How do I provide information to you?

For most information, you will receive a prompt using an electronic checklist, which lets you securely upload files efficiently. For invoices for bookkeeping, we use a specific tool called ReceiptBank to make the process effortless.
