What happens when I get in touch?

Fill in the form, and one of the partners, will get in touch to discuss next steps, answering any initial questions you may have and arranging a Discovery Call.

What is a discovery call?

A call to learn about you and your business, your goals, where you are today, what obstacles are in your way, and put together a solution to help grow or improve the running of your business.

What will the cost be?

We'll produce a proposal during the call based on what we think are the best solutions and service level for your business. We're cheaper than unspecialised accountants who are inefficient with ecommerce accounting, and more expensive than no-thrills and low service-level practices.

How do I sign up?

You'll receive an electronically signable proposal and letter of engagement based on the scope we agree on the Discovery Call. The contract is a rolling monthly engagement and you can cancel any time.

How long does this process take?

Discovery call to getting you onboarded can take as little as two business days if you let us know there is urgency. Getting agency with HMRC so we can file on your behalf takes a little longer, and this process is run in parallel with the rest of your set-up.

Will you get my sales data for me?

One of the unique features of our practice is that we will get your sales data for you, and are not reliant on 3rd party software for this (although we do use tools like Link My Books where it makes things more efficient). Understanding the underlying data is one of the reasons we are trusted by sellers and brokers with simple businesses as well as multi-platform global traders, acquisition work, and complex tax work and structures.

Who will be my point of contact?

You will be assigned an accountant and a bookkeeper as your main points of contact. None of our work is outsourced, so you get to speak directly to the person working on your numbers. When you come onboard, you'll speak with our head of accounting and head of bookkeeping as we like to have an experienced member help with initial review and set-up.
