Ecommerce are not the cheapest 'Amazon specialist' accounting firm out there - neither do they have the fancy 'live chat 24/7' platform touted by other companies in the space. But trust me - I'd rather spend a little more to be able to send an email with an important accountancy question and have a next day response from a professional that can actually understand and help, than a live chat with someone that doesn't know what FBA stands for.

I have been running my e-commerce business now since 2019 and I sell 3D printed models and accessories worldwide, mainly on Etsy but also on Shopify, Amazon and eBay.
