What happens when I get in touch?

Fill in the contact form, and Steffen, one of the partners, will get in touch to discuss next steps, answering any initial questions you may have and arranging a Discovery Call.

What is a discovery call?

We'll spend c. 30 minutes on a video or voice call learning about your business, understanding your goals, and establishing if we're a good fit for each other.

What is the sign-up and onboarding process like?

After your discovery call, we will provide a sign up link. Next we get you onboarded (this means setting you up on our systems and getting agency with HMRC), arrange a welcome call with your accountant, and a bookkeeping/VAT set-up call with. We handle all the logistics for you, including taking over from your existing accountant if applicable.

How long does this process take?

Discovery call to getting you onboarded can take as little as two business days. Getting agency for your account so we can speak to HMRC on your behalf and submit returns takes a little longer, but this process is run in parallel with the rest of your set up.

How much does it cost?

Have a look at the pricing section in the accounting guide you receive automatically when you get in touch. We have standardised pricing for all of our compliance services so you can know exactly what you will pay in advance. Bookkeeping and VAT is based on the complexity of your set up; the guide has example price points for various ecommerce business models.
