Joseph Cox

Joe is an ACCA chartered certified accountant and the founder of Ecommerce Accountants. In 2013, while still working in practice, he and a group of friends launched several private label Amazon FBA businesses, some of which still trade today. None of the accountants they approached understood how marketplace selling worked, and that gap became the business.

As managing partner he oversees the delivery of accounting, bookkeeping and VAT work across the firm, and spends much of his time on the specialist compliance questions that only affect online sellers.

Outside work he hosts his own YouTube channel, where he talks to founders, creators and suppliers about running online businesses, and he goes backpacking whenever the tax calendar allows.
